Tasted club with 14 participants compared with 5 other Sauvignon. What the tasters have thought: Nose marked by cat pee (those who love it, it is even hints of violet). Rather floral and plant. Rounded by sensations of butter and vanilla. In the mouth, always plenty of blackcurrant bud. A little fruit (peach) and the sweetness of butter and honey. Spices (pepper) in the final. Tasting date: Dec. 16, 2011 Maturity: Drink today Opinion on the maturity: Right now. More greed to lose as they age.

Taste: The fruitiness continues on the palate in combination with a fine acidity. The wine scores with a good structure and a minerally but at the same time aromatic finish.
