Winemakers Notes

This was tough year for this vineyard, as the grower had a water problem - but the results are excellent! The wines were fermented together for a true field blend. It is a smooth wine, with a delightful finish. Although the alcohol is on the high side - you would never know.

I tasted this delicious wine in a small wine bar in Amador CIty, California. It is the first release of this wine and it is superb!
