Winemaker's Notes:

Created primarily from Mendocino Country grapes and fermented in Oak to add complexity to the fruit. This traditional Chardonnay boasts a golden straw color and an enticing pineapple and tropical fruit aroma in the nose. The mouth has notes of melon and creamy vanilla and finishes lightly grassy with a hint of spice. This well balanced Chardonnay pairs well with wild salmon in dill sauce and makes a terrific stand-alone sipper.
