The goal with the Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel was to create a wine that showcases the endearing fruit characteristics of this unique varietal with finesse and power but without pushing the ripeness envelope. Aromatics of black raspberry and anise are followed by layers of lush black cherry and boysenberry. The tannins are firm without diminishing the rich fruit profile with a finish that is alive and precise from the balanced acidity.
