Our Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and complex wine distinguished by rich color and subtle, soft tannins. Blackberry and cassis fruit flavors are balanced by notes of spice and mint layered with hints of toasty oak and vanillin.

Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon undergoes extended maceration to deepen color and flavor extraction and soften tannins. It is unfined. In the glass, the wine exhibits aromas of plum, blackberry and spice, with rich fruit flavors and nicely balanced oak flavors in the finish.
