Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made and in elegant and refined style with cherry, blackberry, and clove aromas and flavors and intricate notes of cedar and tobacco box. This medium to full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon possesses integrated tannins which are complemented by the finesse inherent in fruit from our William Hill Estate vineyard.

Lightly jammy with a touch of pepper and herb accenting the faint black fruit topped with notes of smoke and vanilla. A little lean and ungenerous up front with a soft texture and modest black currant fruit accented by vanilla and some chary oak that turns bitter on the modest finish. 85pts
Cherry and black pepper on the nose, with toasted oak and a bit of vanilla. The body is fairly acidic, round, and smooth. Well constructed, but no wow factor.
Shifting aromas, mainly spicier, with teriyaki beef jerky, black pepper, and heat. Big ripe black cherries, soft tannins, mellow oak, light leather, and a hint of chocolate.
Big royal mealy sweet nose. Medium fruit and body with oak and some balsamic eucalyptus. Very dry finish. Not a bad cab.
A very spicy nose. I'm getting pine needles, cherry and cedar. The wine gives a nice warming feeling, well-suited for the wintertime.
deep ruby, medium body, medium fine tannins and balanced acidity. pencil lead, cedar shavings, dusty earth, plum skin, good balanced amount of oak. ageable and quite bordelais, methinks!
