Winemaker's Notes:

The Grands Crus are the pinnacle of Chablis production. Spread out over only 100 hectares and gathered from a single hillside, where the first vineyards were planted, they are expressed through 7 Grands Crus: Les Clos, Les Preuses, Vaudésir, Valmur, Bougros, Grenouilles and Blanchot. With 15.2 hectares in production, William Fèvre produces these seven Chablis Grands Crus that illustrate all the Domaine’s know-how, with purity, intensity, and aromatic delicacy.
