William Chris Vineyards Red Blend Texas Hill Country Enchante 2010

Member Review by tabednar:

Medium in color, with a shade of red brick. Very, very dry. Light bodied with medium tannins. Balance is fair. Slight hint of berries but an overwhelming dryness.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
