Winemaker's Notes:
Wild Turkey's super premium 8-year-old bourbon. A powerful spirit with rich caramel, vanilla, honey and brown sugar notes and a very long powerful full-bodied finish. This bourbon comes out of the barrel at a relatively low proof (109) and has only a tiny bit of water added - it retains its bourbon character. Bottled at 101 proof.
