Floral aromas abound intermingled with hints of tropical fruits. The entry is loaded with apples and pears; mid-palate opens up with floral hints. The finish is all citrus: clementines Valencia oranges grapefruit and tangerines. A pleasant memory of the wine lingers. Another awesome offer from HJW.

A tremendous performance, this riesling exhibits a tension between the round, warm peach accents and a darker herbal presence. While the fruit is exuberant, conveyed by a turbinado sugar sweetness, somehow a fierce minerality reins it in. The wine becomes elegant, with a heady, peach-inflected finish that lasts far beyond the sweetness.
Ripe, with creamed Jonagold apple, dried quince and anise flavors laced with heather and orange blossom notes. Displays excellent range and a juicy feel. A slightly forward style overall. Drink now through 2015.
