Pale lemon-yellow color. Aromas and flavors of lime, mint, pepper and licorice. Fleshy and ripe in the middle, then a bit tart on the back, finishing with dusty, varietally accurate notes of basil and licorice.Add winemaker's notes
Whitehaven Wine Company was established in 1994 by majority shareholders, Greg and Sue White, and winemaker, Simon Waghorn. Winemaker Simon Waghorn has crafted a mainstream Sauvignon thatrsquo;s sure to please. Therersquo;s a hint of asparagus, but the core of this medium-weight wine is built around passion fruit flavors that cruise on through the crisp, clean finish.
