Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2003

Winemaker's Notes:

A full flavoured, medium bodied wine, with an abundance of archetypal currant and gooseberry flavours, that linger on the dry, clean finish.

Light to medium in body, but with a suggestion of oiliness to its flavors, which boast a solid core of melon and stone fruit wrapped in layers of green. Herbs and jalapentilde;os can be sharp, but in this wine they actually finish quite easy and soft.

Bright and lively, balancing its floral and lime aromas and flavors against hints of guava, pineapple and sweet pea; finishes tart, but nicely rounded off. Drink now.
