Some plum and raspberry fruit also emerges on the palate. This is a hedonistic, sexy, seductive, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with low acidity, and loads of toasty oak. It will be a huge crowd pleaser when released next year. It should show well for at least 12-15 years.

The 1994 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark ruby color. It has a rich, complex nose of blackberry liqueur, black plum, violets, nutmeg and soy sauce. This wine is full, elegant and silky on the palate with a long, slightly tannic finish. It is drinking well now and will continue to improve until 2016 given proper cellaring.
