This wine was recommended by my local wine connect. It had nice color and clarity. It was fruity and crisp. I just did not like the finish. It seemed a shade too tart and a shade too dry.
If you like a nice Viognier, this is a good wine. Expressive of white peaches and honey, nicely balanced and nice finish. Excellent wine at this price point.
Crisp, with strong stone fruit notes; yet light. Good Chardonnay alternative. Snobs may be turned of by screw off top. Since I don't cellar, it's fine with me. The wine stands up to its price point.
I just tried the 2007 vintage which was truly fantastic. The wine has a gorgeous nose of honeysuckle and fresh melon. The palate is extremely well balanced. I think this wine is a great buy for the price.
I am not typically a white wine drinker as I prefer red, but I tried this wine and i really enjoyed it. Very crisp and refreshing.
