This wine is full bodied and rich with complex flavors. The bouquet has various scents of tropical fruits, rose petals, freshly mown grass and mineral components. The taste is big with light hints of bitter tannin in the aftertaste. Serve this wine with lighter pasta dishes, strongly spiced fish dishes and other places red wine isn’t quite right but a big wine is wanted. It will fit the bill.
