Bright golden-yellow. Fabulous high-toned aromas of apricot quince mango and honey complicated by notes of cinnamon and orange liqueur. Wonderfully glyceral yet tangy on the palate with a chewy quality and good acid thrust to the creamy honeyed flavors of ripe tropical fruits and lemon curd. Outstanding might not be a strong enough word to describe this extremely well balanced sweet wine. Check out these numbers: 186 g/l residual sugar and 8 g/l total acidity with a moderate 3.55 pH. -- Ian D Agata Stephen Tanzers IWC.

Deep purple-black colored, the 2010 Catapult Shiraz has aromas of blackberry preserves, mulberries and blueberries with hints of fruit cake and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, it is generously fruited on the palate with a medium level of rounded tannins, refreshing acid and a long finish with pepper notes coming through. Drink this one now to 2017+.

Bright ruby. Expressive dark berry and spicecake scents are brightened by a sexy floral quality. Smooth, sweet and open-knit, offering sappy blueberry and boysenberry flavors and slow-building spiciness. Finishes smooth and long, with gentle tannins, resonating spice and a hint of candied violet.

Eine tiefe granatrote Farbe mit königlichen violetten Reflexen. Intensive Nase mit reichen Aromen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren und schwarzen Kirschen. Erdige Aromen wie nach Herbstlaub und feuchtem Boden. Eine kleine Note Leder. Der Geschmack ist ebenso intensiv nach dunklen Beeren und Kirschen. Mit einer Note Zimt, Schokolade, Kaffeebohnen und Lakritze. Die erdigen Aromen sind auch am Gaumen präsent. Ebenso einen Hauch von getrocknetem Oregano, Basilikum und Minze. Eine unglaubliche Grosszügigkeit von verschiedenen Aromen und eleganten Tanninen.
