Tasting Notes:
This wine has grapefruit aromas that carry over into the crisp citrus flavors that are specific to this Sauvignon Blanc style. This wine is perfect for sipping as an apertif, and is a wonderful accompaniment to a wide variety of foods and celebrations.
Fermentation: The grapes were fermented cold to ensure that the
natural fruitiness was retained.
Aging: Aging: This wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for nearly a year
before bottling, and then bottle aged for another three months before
release.
