Winemaker's Notes:

Fermentation: The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon were fermented in stainless steel fermenters and pumped over twice daily. Aging: The Merlot was aged in neutral oak for 11 months. The Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in neutral oak for 12 months.
