"Aromas of herbal tea


Winemaker's Notes:

Fermentation: Each varietal was harvested separately and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was pumped over twice daily to increases the color and tannin extractions and improves mouthfeel through the integration of oxygen. Aging: Aged for 20 months in French, American, Eastern European, and neutral oak.
