Wente Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Livermore Valley Charles Wetmore Reserve 2006
Fermentation: All three components were fermented in upright stainless steel fermenters and pumped over twice daily. Aging: The Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot were aged for 18 months in French, American, Eastern European, and neutral oak. The Merlot was aged for 12 months in neutral oak.
