Terry Theise: (discernable but not obtrusive sweetness) What a charming vintage here! This is pure cox orange pippins, nothing sultry at all; beaming white-nectarine and an exceptionally fine caramel savor into the finish. This isn't about slatey tension, it's about fruit.
