Grape Varieties 100% Grüner Veltliner Vinification Grapes are de-stemmed. The must and skins stand for four hours before being gently pressed by a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine is stored in tank up to five months before bottling. This wine is 100% Gruner Veltliner. After being pressed gently on a pneumatic press, grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks for up to five months. A light gold-colored wine with a spicy, citrusy nose. Flavor is fresh and fruity, with spice on the finish.
