Food Pairings for Weingut Markus Huber Grüner Veltliner Hugo
Very very crisp, full of green apples. Mineral with a slight hint of mercaptins (maybe), but that seemed to dissipate after a while. A spicy finish from the oak. Would pair well with seafood or chicken salad.
Very crisp, strong citrus notes
Pale yellow in color, light body, crisp with high acidity. Great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. $11.95 Easy drinking, slight to ample bouquet. Would recommend for light seafood, light cheeses and fruits or for a summer sipper. 11.5% alcohol. Lacks fruit intensity to me but drinkable if you just want a crisp high acid white wine.
Super citrusy. Not a long finish. Clear and thin.
Citrus notes, lemon, lime and tropical fruits with a touch of minerality. Great chilled wine for a hot summer day.

tell tale aromas and flavors of white peach apple and a long clean white peppery finish.
Wine Tasting NotesMedium green yellow. Pure pepper on the nose with hints of typical Grner spiciness, aromatic herbs and yellow fruit. Dense and complex on the palate. Goes well with any type of seafood, as well as Chicken and turkey.
Wine Tasting NotesVery light yellow. Fresh green apple and fruity aromas. Displaying flavors of lemon, lime and peaches. Has a solid fruit core, rich in finesse with beautiful length and mineral tones. The ideal wine for seafood, white meat and light dishes like salads, also very pleasant as a refreshing summer wine on a hot day.
Hellgelbe Farbe mit grünen Reflexen; angenehmes Bukett, das an Granny Smith erinnert; elegantes Säurespiel
