Weingut Brundlmayer Langenlois Zobinger Heiligenstein Riesling 2009
Pale green-yellow. Crisp green apple, lime zest and apricot blossom along with flinty nuances on the nose. Green apple and lemon dominate the racy, firm palate of this streamlined riesling. This wine should make a lively and appetizing accompaniment to light fish dishes. Drink to 2019.Stephen Tanzer*This item is now low in stock so sales are subject to confirmation that the goods are available.*
Weingut Bründlmayer is situated in Langenlois, some 70 km north-west of Vienna, upstream along the Danube in the Lower Austrian Kamp Valley. The wooded hills of the Waldviertel protect the vineyards from the cold north-westerly winds. During the day, the sun warms the stony terraces, while at night the fresh, fragrant forest air drifts through the Kamp Valley into the Langenloiser Arena.
