What to Expect

Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

Estate No. 99 2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has classic Napa characters with dark fruit aromas of sweet black cherry, blackberry, cassis and a light touch of toasty oak. Complemented by delicately complex accents of strawberry, hints of anise, mint, lilac and rose, the evenly matured hillside fruit provides a supple, rich and balanced wine with very soft but substantial tannins. Ready to drink now and a great pair with roast beef or lasagna, it will further gain complexity and structure with time. Cheers!

Full Body Cabernet-Sauvignon out of NAPA, Its one of my favorites - Nice on the pallet, great NOSE - Definitely hint of Black cherry and Blackberry. Any steak dinner is good with this selection. Not available yet in the Retail, you can only find this wine at some of the finest restaurants nationwide and online at http://www.thecuvee.com Enjoy!
