- Opaque, inky, near black and still young. Closed, very youthful oak nose with tight cassis scents. Exquisite extract of blackcurrant fruit with great tannin balance and tightly grained smoky oak complextity. Well textured and powerfully long. Drink 2010 .

- This Cabernet sauvignon presents with lovely hues of reds and a vibrant note of purple. Aromas are ripe yet elegant - sweet raspberry and black currant, complex with coffee bean and toast attributed by the barrel maturation. Flavours of vibrant ripe berry with similar toasted oak, anise and a subtle hint of terroir showing through on the long finish. This is a lovely, youthful, elegant wine which will reward those who have the patience.
