Varietal blend: 50% Riesling, 20% Pinot Gris, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 6% Viognier, 4% Muscat from the Columbia Valley appellation. Oak: 8%. Neutral barrels, 92%. This wine was fined using bentonite. It was aged for 5 months.The yeast used was Premier Cuvee, S-102, S-325. Harvest Dates: 9/14/12 - 10/16/12. Bottling Dates: 4/22/13 - 4/23/13. Cases Produced: 4,800. Food Pairings: Grilled Shrimp, Roast Chicken, Thai Food, Cheeses

Fresh green apple, lemon juice, and lime zest on the nose and palate. Vestigial carbon dioxide tickles the tongue, acting as a slight but bright fizz. The full mouth feel is balanced by a crisp, clean and zesty finish. A superb value.
