RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Washington has made great Chardonnay for years and it doesn't look like they're going to stop. Citrusy tropical fruit and a slight oak flavor balance well.
Smooth and fragrant with its pear, vanilla and cream aromas and flavors that linger gently on the supple finish. Nice now.
Immediately appealing and imminently drinkable, this light and tangy Washington white shows a thread of sweet cream weaving through the modest apple flavors. Won't disappoint, and won't break the budget.
Light, lively and fruity, this Washington white will unfold generous layers of apple, apricot and nectarine framed by toasty oak.
Complex and well-crafted, especially at this price point. Two thirds was barrel fermented, one third in tank; there is also about one quarter new oak and one quarter put through malolactic. The result is an affordable Chardonnay with real style and complexity. Tropical fruit, some toast and texture, good persistence and the right balancing acid.
Bright yellow straw cast. Moderately full-bodied. Full acidity. Moderately extracted. Mildly oaked. Brown spices, citrus zest. Features a firm core of racy citrus flavors and a spicy oak accent. Firm and flavorful through the finish. Should open further in the near term.
A bright and zingy style, this Washington white is lively on the palate, with citrus, mineral and pear flavors. Finishes with a nice lime bite that lingers on the racy finish. Drink now through 2003.
