- Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: A rich deep purple colour with excellent clarity. There are hints of plum and mint characters on the nose with a touch of spice. The palate is full and firm. There are plum and cherry flavours as well as some vanilla oak giving good mouth feel and balance. The tannin structure and integrated oak provide for a powerful and persistent finish.
