Washington Hills Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Washington 2010

I was wondering this is really cabernet or not, and this is very light. Flavor is not extracting that much. But this is drinkable and not bad table wine however not impressive.

Washington Hills Winery:
Washington Hills is a brand of ultra-premium wines from Washington state. The brand began in the late 1980s and became part of the Precept Brands portfolio in 2003. The wines focus on local varietals and blends, and are offered in screw cap bottle and box formats.
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Smoke, leather, herbs and cherries are presented on the nose. Bursts of black cherries with hints of vinilla fill the palate. firm tannins support the smoky finish.
