Winemaker's Notes:

Warburn Estate is a family owned grape grower, winemaker and bottler based in Griffith, New South Wales. The grapes for this wine were grown in the sun-drenched countryside around Griffith in New South Wales, where the warm and dry climate is ideal for ripening sun-loving Chardonnay and Semillon. Irrigation water is of considerable concern here and is used sparingly from the Murrumbidgee River, which goes on to feed the Murray River. Individual parcels are selected for picking and fermentation on the skins in steel tanks, and after fermentation carefully blended together before bottling. The Semillon Chardonnay blend is an Australian classic, delivering an approachable and easily enjoyable style. Ripe, fresh fruit aromas of peach and melon precede a round, juicy palate packed with tropical and citrus fruit flavours. Finishing with a crisp, refreshing lift, this is ideal as a versatile partner to fish, salads and white meat or great as a refreshing glass by itself.
