Walter Skoff Sauvignon Blanc Royal 2007
Wine is a work of tradition that embodies a great deal of knowledge as well as a fair share of secrets. In order to produce top quality wines, a vast amount of personal experience is necessary above all with regard to the individual vineyards, their management and the vinification of their grapes into absolute top quality products. To preserve these secrets, the detailed knowledge of wine making is passed on from father to son very often by word of mouth alone.
Amazing smell! I've never smelled and tasted such a wonderful white barrique wine like this! I like wines which are fermented and/or aged in an oak barrel but I've never tasted neither a red nor a white wine which was so intensive like this. The result of a deep nose of oak is a wine with exact 14.5 % vol - Try it!!
