Winemaker's Notes:

The Hansel Sauvignon Blanc has a pure, clean nose with melon and citrus notes on the nose. On the palate there are no green or herbal notes-ripe melon and fig notes dominate and there is beautfiul refreshing acidity and citrus notes on the finish.
