- Wallaby Creek Shiraz is a blend of Shiraz grapes that displays a bouquet rich with ripe, spicy, and plumy characters, balanced with a hint of light vanilla. A typical high quality Shiraz, the wine is partially matured in American Oak barrels. The palate is medium-bodied with sweet fruit and spice, interwoven with a vanilla oak and firm tannin finish.
