- This is a real success for the winery, made bracingly fresh and crisp despite its 3% residual suger. Bright flavors of pink grapefruit dominate the palae, filling out a pristine, crisp and deliciously fresh finish. -Wine Enthusiast Pale straw yellow color. Full aroma of all spice and ripe grapefruit with distinct note of lychee fruit. Medium-dry in the mouth, full flavored with clean fruit and natural acidity. Tasting Note: A late vintage gave unusually long hang time for the grapes, intensifying fruit character and maintaning excellent acid balance. Alcohol: 11.5%
