Nose of toasted rice and minerals. Fruity smooth taste with some minerality. Very clean smooth finish. Some nuttiness. Serve chilled.

This saké comes from the Shizuoka Prefecture and is our best-selling Daiginjos. Smooth as silk with aromas of pineapple, papaya and roasted nuts.

Light and smooth. It has both a savory and sweet aroma. Its fine sweetness and crisp acidity are well balanced.

A touch of butterscotch on the nose with watermelon fruit that follows through on the palate. Intense and rich.

Round and alluring with the texture of raw silk. This well-balanced mild sake has a slight sweetness stemming from its elegant aroma and moderate dryness.
