Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Robe just beginning to show an orange tinge but the rim is not pale - more like red velvet. The nose is full of strawberry - like those that have been sitting in open air for a day or two. Some earth and oak present as well. Upon entry, quite warm with light streaky tannins with a hint of stem. All in all quite pleasant though lacking a smoothness that might arise in a couple of years - though hard to say.

The lieu dit of "San François" is located in the village of Volnay in the Côte de Beaune. This comes from a husband-wife duo with winemaking in their blood. This is velvety on the palate, with beautiful red fruit that's amazingly forward at the moment.
