Food Pairings for Volcanic Hills Pinot Gris
This excellent representative of the 2011 vintage in the Okanagan retains a slight spritz, but also a nose of Seville orange marmalade, peach and allspice. Very lively nose - even for Pinot Gris. On the palate, there is a nice creamsicle viscosity and lactic effect; very cleansing, blanced and tasty. Medium finish and for drinking now through 2014. 88 points.
