- Wow! What a find. A serious, yet bright and sparkling effervescence enraptures with a heady nose of brioche, apple/pear butter and undercurrents of pineapple upside-down cake. The mouth is captivating and takes over with sturdy, precise flavors of bread dough, almond cookies and dried apricot. A delicious infusion of quince paste and cookie dough scampers about the mid- and back palate and the overall luscious package persists with a firm acidity and a tapering toast and pear/marzipan finish. Any serious bubblehead's fantasy.
