Finca La Celia was founded in 1890, when Eugenio Bustos, who was later to acquire land in the Uco Valley , starting constructing the winery. His daughter, Celia Bustos, inherited the property and with her strong personality and leadership work these lands to convert them into prosperous vineyards. The Malbec produced at our winery is a clear example of the conditions offered by the Uco Valley to produce excellent wines. In the year 2000, Finca La Celia became the first foreign affiliate of the vineyard San Pedro ( Chile ). The lands were acquired by the company part of the CCU group, leader in the business of drinks (beer, wine, grappa, soft drinks, fruit juices and mineral water). Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Vintage: 2005 11/17/2010

Weingut: Bodegas VizcarraRegion: Kastilien - LeónRebsorte: Tinto FinoInhalt: 0,75 lAlkoholgehalt: 14 Vol.%Säuregehalt: 5,5 g/lRestsüße: 1,5 g/lLagerfähigkeit: 10 - 15 Jahre ab JahrgangFassreife: 18 Monate in Barriques gereiftEmpfohlene Serviertemperatur: 16-18°CAuszeichnungen:95 Parker Punkte Rotwein > Spanien > Kastilien-León

Vintage: 2004 01/10/2013

The 2004 Celia (named after one of the proprietorandrsquo;s daughters) is a limited production, single vineyard wine (20 cases for the American market) was aged for 18 months in French oak. It is opaque purple-colored with an expressive nose of smoke, scorched earth, blueberry, blackberry, and licorice. This is followed by a silky-textured wine with gobs of sweet fruit and ripe tannnis. This opulent effort has a very long finish of 45+ seconds. Its hedonistic personality will allow it to be enjoyed now but it can also be cellared for 4andndash;6 years and drunk through 2020.

Vintage: 2004 01/10/2013

The 2004 Celia Vizcarra is nearly as massive but displays a bit more elegance. It, too, will require 12andndash;15 years of cellaring. Vizcarra Ramosandrsquo; two luxury cuvandeacute;es are named after the proprietorandrsquo;s young daughters. Each was begun in the year of their birth.

Vintage: 2004 01/04/2012

Deep ruby. Potent aromas of cassis, cherry liqueur, redcurrant, exotic spices, iron and graphite. Incredibly deep, powerfully structured wine with sweet red and dark fruit flavors laced with espresso, violet, cola, vanilla bean and white pepper. For all its concentration this comes across as almost racy, with wonderful lift and vibrancy from bright, juicy acids. On the back end, the deep, sappy blackcurrant and blueberry flavors refuse to quit. There are 160 cases of this knockout for the world, 20 of them for the U.S.
