Wine Tasting NotesDeep, inky pomegranate purple color that does leave stains. This super concentrated petite sirah features varietal wet clay notes which synthesize into a savory floral lavender scent over light clove spices. The palate is very supple with sappy French Oak flavors and generous concentration over a complex matrix of massive yet resolved tannins. The finish is silky textured with subtle vanilla, cola and over-ripe huckleberry juiciness.
A delicious wine that delivers a ripe concentrated core of pomegranate, blueberry and cola flavors. Fresh sage and mocha notes from toasty oak fold into firm, gripping tannins on the cedary finish. Drink now through 2008.
