What to Expect

Grenache is the main grape in many Rhone blends and most Cotes du Rhone and Chateaunuef-du-pape. Vinos Sin-Ley's G Series is designed to showcase the Garnacha grape as expressed in 6 different D.O.s. The wines are all raised in stainless steel to present the fruit in its purest form. The 2006 G5 from the D.O. of Madrid is purple-colored with a slightly roasted character featuring black cherry and black raspberry aromas and flavors. Plush and layered with a bit of underlying structure, this tasty Garnacha has 2-3 years of aging potential but will be hard to resist early on. This is an excellent value to drink over the next three years. Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate 90 Points

Absolutely a pleasure to drink. Complex and should breathe for 30-45 minutes.
