Vino Roso 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

Fermentation: Fermented in upright stainless steel at a cold temperature to retain aromatics and fruit. Aging: The components of this blend were aged separately in stainless steel tanks to maximize fruitiness and freshness. Upon blending, the wine was aged briefly in a combination of French and American barrels. Description: This wine has an appealing aromatic nature of current, plum, and red cherry, with vanilla and subtle earthy undertones. Upon tasting, one may notice a delightful blend of strawberry and wafer. With a velvety and soft mouth feel, and a long, fruity finish, this wine is a great accompaniment to a variety of different dishes.
