A rich, round red, with lots of jammy berry and strawberry character. Full, round and caressing. Lots going on. Needs time. Best after 2007.
Plenty of fruit and character, with aromas of plums, berries and a hint of mole. Medium-bodied, with firm, well-integrated tannins and a berry, cherry and chocolate aftertaste. Delicious. Drink now.
Ripe strawberry and blackberry aromas follow through to a full body, with plenty of rich, luscious fruit, fine tannins and a clean finish. Mouthwateringly delicious. Drink now.
The estate's 2006 Vino Nobile di Montepuciano is especially round and harmonious in this vintage. Ripe red cherries, leather, licorice and spices come together in this soft, accessible Vino Nobile. The finish is long, perfumed and quite pretty. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2014.
