Vino Con Brio Viognier Lodi Estate (2006)

After four days of foot stomping by Anne and cold soaking, the Late Harvest Viognier was whole cluster pressed and 100% cold fermented in stainless steel. Because of the high harvest sugar, we utilized a specialty yeast known as Steinberg. By avoiding malolactic fermentation, we further enhanced the fruit profile of the wine. It was then filtered, hand bottled, labeled and wax dipped.
