What to Expect

A component wine of many Port wines. Tinta Barroca is a hearty vine ideally suited to the Northern slopes of many port vineyards. It adds body and tannin to the finished wines.

Ranked 57th wine from Wine Spectator's 2008 Top 100.A ripe, rich and powerful red, with concentrated flavors of blackberry, dark plum, smoke and spice. The long finish has blueberry and dark chocolate. Drink now through 2012.
