Clear dark brooding rhubarb in color with notes of deep cherry, stewed red fruit, cinammon, eucalytus, compost and nutmeg. The palate is absolutely delicious, well balanced, and bright. Great acidity and silky tannins lead to a round, lush mouthfeel. Rasberry, cooked cherries, a touch of red rose, white pepper and a dash of purple flowers on the palate. Although light in body, this wine would be fabulous alone or paired with a light pasta or fish dish. Highly recommended.
