Vinho Espumante Bruto Baga Rosé Luis Pato 2009

Member Review by Damaris Rivera:

full flavored and fruity with a velvety finish. I tried this with oven roasted chicken but it was also suggested to pair with roasted suckling pig, fish, shellfish, and any other oven roasted meats.

Here is a very interesting specimen. This dry pink bubbly is pale watermelon in color with the deeply earthy nose of a Portuguese red wine. The wine is marked by strawberry aromas and redcurrant tanginess. Its mineral edge makes it a perfect wine for shellfish.
