What to Expect

Chardonnay is America's most popular grape and with good reason. Made in styles that range from steely, mineral laced wines with crisp green apple fruit to wines that are buttery, rich, and laden with tropical fruits, there is a Chardonnay that will appeal to every palate. Chardonnay is most closely associated with France's Burgundy region and California's Northern valleys though it has proven successful around the globe.

Winemakers Notes

A delicious blend of Chardonnay Gewurztraminer and Moscato Bianco. Great with seafood and al fresco dishes. Medium yellow-gold. Wonderful aromas of orange peel honey lichee flowers and a suggestion of tropical fruits. Plump and pineappley in the mouth but with an edge of acidity and some muscaty floral lift giving this fruity filled but dry wine a refreshing quality. Finishes clean and lively. This blend of Estival is made in stainless steel and sees no oak. [Stephen Tanzer]

The beauty starts in the color - with a deep straw yellow hue. It continues with the aroma of orange peel and touch of almond. On the palate is a round lush touch of orange peel again along with a hint of winter spices and nice bright finish.
