Vinedo de Los Vientos Alcoyne Tannat Dessert Wine NV
Winemaker: Pablo Fallabrino. This wine was made by combining two different techniques for dessert wines: the Barolo chinato and the Marsala. The wine was aged in French oak barrels. Radiant yet amber purple hue with honey-like texture. Touched with a bouquet of winter flowers, Madagascan vanilla bean, and marshmallow. Polished tannins with warmth and savor of white cacao soufflé.
